Fully auditable permits as Permit Audit Trail Reports are now accessible to WPTWA Administration. The permit audit trail reports provide a time stamp of every activity performed in processing the permit, including the name of user.
Sample reports have been submitted to the SOC Members for their comments, feedbacks, and approval. Once approved, member companies will be able to generate permit audit trail report via the Digital Administration System (DAS).
Permit preparation and scheduling of permits are now able to be developed in advance. The Wellsite App enables the Wellsite Permit Authority to specify a start date and time and duration of permit before issuing. The permit expiry is based on the date, time and duration of the permit, specified by the Wellsite Permit Authority, and not on the permit issue date and time.
