As we begin 2026, I would like to take the opportunity to reflect briefly on our shared priorities as an Association.
The start of a new year provides an important moment to reset our focus and reaffirm our commitment to the principles that underpin our work: safety, consistency, regulatory confidence, and continual improvement.
Over the past year, the Association has made solid progress in strengthening governance, improving systems and processes, and supporting industry through clearer guidance and practical tools. This work has been underpinned by strong collaboration between the Board, committees, management, and our broader stakeholder community. I would like to sincerely thank everyone involved for their professionalism, dedication, and willingness to engage constructively.
Looking ahead, 2026 will be a year of consolidation and measured advancement. Our focus will be on embedding recent improvements, ensuring consistency in application, and continuing to support our Members in meeting their obligations effectively and safely.
