Dear Members

As we come to the end of another year, I would like to take a moment to reflect on what we have achieved together and extend my sincere thanks to everyone who has contributed to our progress.

By the end of June 2025, the Association’s membership enjoyed healthy growth, closing the financial year with 51 Member companies, up from 46 last year. This continued increase in engagement reflects the value of the work we do collectively and the trust our Members place in the Association’s systems, programs, and support.

This year has brought both challenges and opportunities, yet our collective commitment, professionalism, and collaboration have remained constant. We continued to strengthen our systems, improve our processes, and support safer, more efficient operations across the industry. Your ongoing engagement—whether through training, feedback, participation in working groups, or day-to-day contributions—has played a vital role in driving these improvements.

I would particularly like to acknowledge the resilience and adaptability shown throughout the year. Our community continues to evolve, innovate, and uphold the standards that underpin the Wellsite framework. These efforts not only benefit your own organisations but also contribute to a stronger, safer, and more cohesive industry.

As we look ahead to the coming year, our focus remains clear: to support our members, strengthen capability, and ensure the systems and tools you rely on continue to meet the needs of a changing operational landscape. We look forward to continuing this work with you and building on the momentum we have created together.

On behalf of the Board, thank you for your dedication, your expertise, and the role you play in supporting our shared goals. I wish you and your families a safe, enjoyable, and well-earned break, and a positive start to the new year.

Warm regards,
Ron Seldon
