We are in the final development stage of Wellsite digital with testing well underway, any minor issues and some last minute improvement suggestions are being resolved efficiently further enhancing the ease of use and effectiveness of the app. Feedback received from the field-testing is overwhelmingly positive, the team is pumping with energy and enthusiasm in readiness to roll-out this awesome product.
Initial roll-out is expected within a few months and will be supported by a “roadshow” to be conducted in Brisbane, Toowoomba, Adelaide and Perth. There will be sessions for different end user groups including the IT support from member companies, member Administration and operational personnel/end users. Member Companies will have the opportunity to send along as many staff members as they like to assist with engagement and assure a high level of understanding being established across Member’s businesses.
With dates to be released shortly we look forward to seeing you at the upcoming workshops and are excited to continue supporting our members and users as we embark on this digital system journey.
Further training is being developed in the form of Video resources and a Training Manual which will be available online.
The collaboration between project participants including Association Members, WPTW Users, the WPTWA Admin Team, and the Developer has to date been outstanding. Let’s keep up this great work as we move towards the final testing and roll out phases.
The effectiveness of the outcome will be measured by its responsiveness to user requirements – so we continue to invite User feedback at all project stages.
