A common issue encountered during Permit generation is when permits are not being visible to an instance within the rig site. This is due to:
- Incorrect instance configuration of the App
- OCRs forgetting to update the Wellsite Name/location in their instance configuration after rigs moves to a new location.
- Permit preparation and scheduling of permits in advance – The Wellsite App enables the permit authorities to specify start date and time, and duration of permit before issuing. The permit expiry is based on date, time, and duration of permit specified by permit authority, not based on permit issue date and time.
